Based just outside of Chattanooga, TN, Megan Ervin is excited to join the Circa team as a Project and Account Manager. She has a passion for people and relationships, and her favorite part of any project is seeing a client’s dream come to life through the creative process.

Megan’s background in management makes her uniquely equipped for her position at Circa. She started her career as the studio manager for Cumming Dance Academy in North Georgia in 2008. During her time at CDA, the studio grew from 500 to 900+ students, gained two new locations, and won several regional awards for best dance studio.

In 2014, Megan relocated to Nashville and transitioned to the nonprofit sector. She served as the Outreach Director for the Tennessee Holocaust Commission and later became the Executive Assistant for the CEO at The Barbershop Harmony Society. Expanding her expertise in nonprofit management, Megan continued her career in creative agencies upon moving to Chattanooga in January 2021.

After her move, Megan has worked as the manager for the Relationship Team at Goodstory, and as a project manager for RVRB. During her time at both companies, she was able to facilitate website, brand, print, and video projects for a variety of clients including authors, venues, coffee shops, nonprofits, real estate, and retail businesses.

Megan continues to share her love of dance with her students teaching ballet, modern, and contemporary once a week.
