Judith Bright started making jewelry from her home. Within her first five years, she found raving fans across the globe leading her operations to quickly expand to two retail locations, a production studio and a team of more than twenty artisans. All of this growth required a new online experience, brand identity, marketing expressions, and messaging.

Outcome

Translating the hand-crafted nature of this fine jewelry to a digital experience was an exciting challenge. The logo was adjusted to feature a custom type face that celebrates the imperfections and intentionality of the jewelry. A brand toolkit with an expanded color palette celebrates the eclectic personality of the founder. Brand messaging was focused on the core values of gutsy, gracious, generous, genuine, and grateful. Dynamic email and social campaigns with audience segments celebrating milestones and birthdays with discounts and kind messages extend the sales opportunities. The result was a brand grounded in its foundation but optimized for growth.
